Devious ppl needed. Ppl with a good pranking record r loved

I need to prank a teacher (it'll make me feel better about suffering through her classes). She is a real bitch and even though i've gone through the legal channels (having her investigated) i'm just not satisfied. To make matters worst i'm not the only one who feels this way i could get ppl from my class and from the other grades she teachs.

I intended to attack her car (stink bomb, slash tires,ete.) but my friend and i noticed that even if we did it while everyone was at assembly there would still be teachers in the staff room( which has a clear view to the parking lot). i was suggesting a distraction but i don't want to harm other teacher's belongings because i like some of them. So any help would be wonderful.( )

I've heard about the Fun stuff you can do at Walmart email thing floating around, you could try some, they're just as efective outside too
